Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages FBA LAB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@fbalab.net within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
