Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with FBA LAB. We want you to love your items! If your purchase is defective, we are happy to offer exchanges for a different size/color or store credit. 

We do not issue refunds to your original payment method. 

1. Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us within [7] days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will happily replace the item or issue a full refund to your original payment method. 
2. Eligibility Window
You may initiate a return for an exchange or store credit within [30] days of your delivery date. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. 
3. How to Start an Exchange
To initiate an exchange or request store credit, simply:
  • Email us at support@fbalab.net with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  • We will provide instructions and a return shipping label. 
4. Store Credit
If you cannot find a suitable exchange item immediately, we will issue you a FBA LAB Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s) (minus any original shipping costs). Store credit never expires. 
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene, safety, and margin reasons, the following items are strictly final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned: 
  • [e.g., Swimwear, Intimates, Earrings]
  • [e.g., Final sale clearance or heavily discounted items]
  • [e.g., Gift cards]
